General Terms and Conditions of the services and advertisements of Byetronic

1. Service area coverage & availability

Bytetronic generally provides service coverage in the Northern Virginia – Washington, DC., area, and may include other cities, but makes no guarantee as to the availability of service coverage at any particular location.

2. Business hours and availability of services

Bytetronic generally provides service within the hours of 9am to 9pm, every day of the week. However, Bytetronic reserves the right to amend those hours, without any prior notice, in any way, unless directly prohibited by prior contract with a third party. Bytetronic does not make any guarantee as to the time frame of services provided, unless expressed directly in a written contract between Bytetronic and the party to which such services shall be provided. Availability of services may depend upon the availability of services and parts that Bytetronic  obtains from third parties, and Bytetronic  shall not be held liable for delays in its own products or services caused by shortages or delays from any such third party, although reasonable efforts shall be made to ensure the efficient delivery of products and services.

Terms and Conditions of Use/Website

Bytetronic  provides its services to you subject to the following Terms and Conditions. If you visit, use a service, or make purchases at bytetronic.com or any other web sites (collectively, the "Site") operated by Bytetronic, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions when you use the Site. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions of Use, do not use any portion of the Site.

1. Nonexclusive License

Bytetronic  grants you a nonexclusive, nontransferable, limited right to access and display the Site and the material provided herein for personal use, provided that you comply fully with these Terms and Conditions of Use. No portion of the Site may be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of Bytetronic. You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of Bytetronic  without our express written consent. You may not use any meta tags or any other "hidden text" utilizing Bytetronic 's name or trademarks without the express written consent of Bytetronic. Any unauthorized use terminates the license granted by Bytetronic. You are granted a limited, revocable, and nonexclusive right to create a hyperlink to the home page of bytetronic.com so long as the link does not portray Bytetronic, its affiliates, or their products or services in a false, misleading, derogatory, or otherwise offensive matter. You may not use any Bytetronic logo or other proprietary graphic or trademark as part of the link without express written permission.

2. Prohibited Uses

Unauthorized use or modification of any information stored on the Site may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution under Federal, State and local law. You may not use the Site for anything other than a lawful and legitimate business purpose. You shall not restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying any service conducted on the Site. You are solely responsible for the content of any transmissions you make to the Site or to any Bytetronic employee. You agree not to interrupt, or attempt to interrupt, the operation of the Site in any way. Your use of the Site constitutes your consent to Bytetronic’s privacy policy posted at bytetronic.com which is updated from time to time.

Bytetronic does not grant any express or implied rights to you under any patents, copyrights, trademarks or trade secrets.

Links may appear on the Site that link to other web sites. These links are provided as a courtesy to our visitors. Bytetronic has no control over the content of the linked web sites or other materials, information, goods or services available or contained on these linked sites. Bytetronic  is not responsible for and does not guarantee accuracy in any way of such sites. If you decide to access any of the linked sites, you do so entirely at your own risk. Bytetronic reserves the right to terminate any link at any time.

8. Applicable Laws Bytetronic operates the Site from its offices in Virginia and makes no representations that materials in the Site are appropriate or available for use in other locations. Access to the Site from any territory where the content is illegal is prohibited. If you choose to access the Site from other locations, you do so at your own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with any and all applicable laws and regulations. The display of the Site alone does not subject Bytetronic to any specific jurisdiction. You may not use or export any of the Site materials in violation of U.S. export laws and regulations. If any of the terms herein shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any remaining terms or conditions. Any claim related to the use of the Site or to the Site materials shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Virginia as applied to agreements made and to be performed entirely therein. The parties consent to venue and personal jurisdiction in Fairfax, Virginia and any action brought in connection with the Site or Site content shall be brought in either the state or federal courts in Fairfax, Virginia. Communications made through the Site's e-mail and messaging system shall in no way be deemed to constitute legal notice to Bytetronic or any of its officers, employees, agents or representatives, such as where notice to Bytetronic is required by contract, or any federal, state or local laws, rules or regulations.
